Astym (A-stim) treatment sets the standard for soft tissue therapy. It regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.) and removes unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. Astym treatment has helped countless patients by getting rid of pain and restoring normal movement. Visit www.astym.com for more information.
Blood Flow Restriction Training

Blood Flow Restriction training can help patients to make greater strength training gains while lifting lighter loads, thereby reducing the overall stress placed on the limb and spine. BFR can prevent post-operative muscle atrophy and promote improved long term outcomes and return to activity.
Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient for of treatment which has been modernized to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage and myofascial release.
Flossing

Known as muscle flossing or tissue flossing, Flossing is a technique using a compressive band to mobilize soft tissue to reduce pain and improve range of motion.
Fluidotherapy

Fluidotherapy is a high intensity heat modality that uses medical cellulose instead of water as the conductive medium. The high heat allows the treatment to be administered in a completely sterile environment, and active exercise can be performed while the treatment is being administered allowing for maximal improvement in range of motion and reduction in pain.
IASTM

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization works similar to massage, but special instruments are used to mobilize the soft tissues along with the therapists hands. IASTM can be used to treat tendinitis such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, iliotibial band syndrome, muscle/ligament strains and excessive scar tissue as well as other disorders.
Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping Method is used to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused muscles, and to support muscles in movement on a 24 hr/day basis. It is a nonrestrictive type of taping which allows full range of motion.
Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy uses specific hands-on techniques that focus the use of the hands as the tool as opposed to various machines. In manual therapy, a physical therapist treats soft tissue and joints with mobilization and manipulation techniques for the purpose of decreasing pain and restoring mobility to injured tissues.
Medical Fitness

Sport specific rehabilitation focuses on treating injuries specific to you and/or your sport. Patients are introduced to an exercise progression program. From baseball to soccer, golf to football, our staff monitors your progress and integrates a stepwise program including sport specific movements. In addition, or Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) can be used to assess an athlete’s potential for future injury, and a correct exercise program implemented.
Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular Rehabilitation is an exercise based program designed to improve balance by eliminating vertigo, improving gaze stability/ postural stability, and reducing fall risk with ambulation and daily activities.
Work Conditioning

Industrial Rehabilitation/Work Conditioning is an intensive, goal-oriented conditioning program designed to restore neuromuscular and musculoskeletal function including strength, power, endurance, joint mobility, range of motion, motor control, cardiovascular endurance and functional abilities. The primary objective of the Work Conditioning program is to restore physical capacity and function to enable the injured worker to return to his or her pre-injury job.
